The Tea Families

All teas, whether white, green, black, Oolong or Pu Er, are all harvested from a single plant: Camellia Sinensis. The types of tea are determined based on the cultivar of the plant, the part of the plant that is used and the way the leaves of Camellia Sinensis. The result will be different aromas and various concentrations of caffeine, which are sure to satisfy all tastes and to be enjoyed at different times of the day.
